Believe it or not, there is a right way to do this whole relational ministry thing. One of the biggest concepts that I had to learn while at training was that everything that we do, was for the glory of God and we are simply his hands and feet. While at training, I had multiple conversations with training staff about why we’re all here, and how we should be conducting ourselves in this ministry.
